Scheduling and payments: We do not process payments directly through this Website. Booking, scheduling, and payments (if applicable) are handled through Paperbell (or another third-party platform we may use). Your use of Paperbell is also subject to their terms and privacy practices, and we do not control their services or uptime.

Coaching vs. Therapy; No Medical / Mental Health Advice (ICF-aligned)

Our services are coaching, not therapy or medical care.

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process intended to support reflection, clarity, growth, and forward movement. Coaching may involve inquiry, accountability, values exploration, and skill-building approaches consistent with professional coaching practices, including ICF-aligned principles.

Coaching is not therapy, psychotherapy, psychiatry, or a substitute for mental health treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions. If you are experiencing severe distress, have a mental health crisis, or believe you may need clinical support, please seek help from a licensed mental health professional or emergency services in your region.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. We do not guarantee outcomes.

Disclaimer of Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding specific results from coaching, Website content, or any resources provided. Testimonials or examples (if shown) reflect individual experiences and do not promise similar outcomes for all clients.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy (48 Hours)

48-hour cancellation policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled coaching session, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged or forfeiting the session (as applicable).

48-hour rescheduling policy

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is handled through Paperbell.

Late cancellations / no-shows

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session start time, as well as no-shows, may be treated as a used session and/or charged in full (depending on what you purchased and the rules presented at checkout on Paperbell).

No refunds

All sales are final. No refunds are offered for coaching sessions, packages, or services (except where required by law).

Delivery Timeline / Access to Services

Because clients self-schedule through Paperbell, delivery timelines for sessions depend on:

1. Your selection of an available time slot in Paperbell, and

2. Our availability shown in the scheduling system.

If you purchase a package, the pace of session delivery depends on your scheduling choices and the availability of appointment times.

License / Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Nina Klunder LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this Website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these Terms.

You must not:

1. Copy or republish material from the Website

2. Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Website

3. Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the Website

4. Redistribute content from the Website
