Meet Nina

My name is Nina Klunder, and I’ve dedicated my life to finding my own unique path.

I’m from Brazil, lived in the United States for 13 years, and now live in Seattle with my husband, Nick. Across cultures, relationships, and career chapters, I’ve learned what it’s like to move through change without a script—when your path is deeply personal and doesn’t look like the one people around you expect.

My work is shaped by a grounded, cross-cultural perspective and years of real-world experience. I’m a Certified Wellcoach®, I hold a degree in Economics, and I spent 16 years in the tech sector—eight of those in big tech, working alongside people from 30+ nationalities. I also continue to deepen my training through psychology coursework with UC Berkeley, and I’m deepening my understanding of Jungian Psychology applied to coaching. These experiences shape how I coach: with structure, clarity, and deep respect for complexity.

Today, I support clients in discovering their Uniqueness in Motion—a grounded way of moving through life that reflects their authentic, unique selves. Using evidence-based coaching psychology, I help you broaden your perspective, identify strengths and needs, and turn insight into realistic next steps you can test in real life.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to walk this path with me.

What Is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative partnership where you and your coach work together in a thought-provoking, creative process that helps you maximize your personal and professional potential [ICF]. Rather than prescribing a “right path,” coaching supports you in clarifying what you want, widening your perspective, and reconnecting with what matters most—so your decisions and next steps come from your own values and inner clarity.

In my work, coaching is also practical and grounded: we identify your strengths, needs, and motivation, then translate insight into a clear direction and small, attainable experiments you can try in real life. You’re not pushed to “do more”—you’re supported to do what’s true and sustainable for you, with structure that builds momentum. Progress is measured simply and meaningfully: where you were at Point A, where you are at Point B, and how closely your actions align with the life you actually want.
