Coaching Services & Payment Terms

These Coaching Services & Payment Terms apply to purchases of individual coaching sessions, coaching packages, and related coaching services offered by Nina Klunder LLC (“Coach”).

These terms supplement the individual Client Agreement and the specific package details provided to each client. In the event of a conflict, the signed Client Agreement governs, subject to applicable law.

Payment Terms Acknowledgment

By completing this purchase, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to Nina Klunder LLC's Client Agreement and the following payment terms:

1. Non-refundable payments. All deposits and coaching payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing.

2. Full package commitment. I am committing to the full coaching package price, including all installments, regardless of whether I voluntarily complete the program.

3. Installment arrangements. Installment payments represent a payment arrangement for the full package price, not a pay-per-session agreement. The amounts and payment dates are those disclosed and agreed upon at purchase.

4. Standard professional rate. I understand that the Coach's standard professional rate is $500 USD per hour and that my package may be offered at preferential pricing.

5. Discretionary refunds and early-exit arrangements. Any discretionary refund or early-exit arrangement may account for services already rendered at the standard professional rate, as outlined in the Client Agreement. No additional charge or deduction will be imposed unless authorized by the Client Agreement, a separate written agreement, or applicable law.

6. Unused sessions and discontinuation. Discontinuing coaching or leaving sessions unused does not automatically cancel my remaining financial obligations.

I acknowledge and accept these terms, subject to applicable law.

Coaching Services

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process intended to support personal and professional growth. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed mental health services.

The scope of services, number of sessions, program duration, scheduling arrangements, and any additional support are specified in the applicable Client Agreement and package description.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Session scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, attendance, and program expiration are governed by the applicable Client Agreement.

Relationship to Other Policies

These Coaching Services & Payment Terms apply specifically to coaching purchases and services. General use of ninaklunder.com is governed by the separate Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
